Payments and
Cancellation
Payments can be made by check, money order, MasterCard or Visa. Also
payments can be wired to our account with a small fee to our bank.
Deposits are $600.00 for the basic tour and are non refundable. The
complete tour cost must be paid 60 days before departure in order to hold
your place. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation not paid in
full 30 days before departure. No refunds after 45 days before departure.
Single Supplement
All prices are based on double occupancy. We will make every effort to
find an appropriate roommate but in the event no one is available the
Single supplement cost is $300 for the basic tour.

Limits of Liability
HorseBack Tours is not responsible for airline accidents, delays, loss of
luggage, medical problems, or customs regulations.
HorseBack Tours reserves
the right to prevent participants from riding if they show a lack of
ability, or behavior that endangers themselves, other riders or the horse.
No refund will be made to any rider who is barred from riding, or who is
unwilling to complete the tour.
